We are open every day from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Anyone is welcome at the restaurant — on weekdays, lunch is served, and throughout the day you can enjoy coffee, tea, or a drink. The à la carte menu is available from 4 PM to 10:30 PM (the kitchen takes orders until 10 PM).
In the sauna world, you'll find the soothing heat of a smoke sauna, a traditional cottage sauna, and a barrel sauna, as well as a refreshing dip in Lake Ylläsjärvi. The saunas can be privately booked for your group.

Aurinkotupa is a cozy café in Ylläsjärvi, nestled in the heart of Ylläs.
We bake our own doughnuts, serve soup lunches during the winter season, and you can grab snacks from our energy bar to take with you out on the trails.
Outside, you'll find a lean-to shelter, a sledding hill, and reindeer, and dogs are also welcome inside.
The café is open seasonally, including summer.
